Registration

The deadline for conference registration and payment is November 8th, 2025.

The following conference registration fees will be charged as a publication fee from one author per paper and to cover meal and refreshments costs.

The undergraduate category is valid only for students who are currently pursuing a Bachelors (first) degree.
At least one author per paper should register and pay the fee.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided for all the registered participants.
Presenting author (non-undergraduate) and Participant category 2 will be provided with a special conference package.

Payment Instructions

You may pay at any bank or pay via online banking facilities using the following details.

If you pay at a bank, please write “ICBR 2025” on the deposit slip or if you transfer via online banking, indicate “ICBR 2025” as the payment reference.
