Each of the submissions judged as suitable for the conference is sent to three experts in the related area for double-blind peer review. All submitted articles will be checked for similarity and plagiarism using Turnitin software. The acceptable level of similarity is 25%. Manuscripts exceeding this level will be requested to revise or may be rejected. The decision of acceptance or rejection of papers is made by the editor-in-chief and associate editors after assessing the reviewers\u2019 comments. All accepted papers must be presented at the ICBR conference and will be published in the conference proceedings.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t

All articles submitted undergo a\u00a0double-blind peer review process conducted by three expert reviewers to ensure\u00a0<\/span>academic and scientific quality. Peer reviewers are expected to adhere to the\u00a0<\/span>following guidelines:<\/span><\/p>

1. Expertise<\/b><\/p>

  • Reviewers should evaluate papers within\u00a0their area of expertise and scope.<\/span><\/li>
  • Any article outside the reviewer\u2019s\u00a0expertise should be reported to the editor promptly.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Promptness<\/b><\/p>

    • Reviews should be completed within two\u00a0weeks of receiving the manuscript.<\/span><\/li>
    • If a reviewer is unable to meet the\u00a0deadline, they should notify the editor immediately.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Confidentiality<\/b><\/p>

      • Manuscripts received for review must be\u00a0treated as confidential documents.<\/span><\/li>
      • Information regarding the manuscripts\u00a0should not be discussed with others without the editor\u2019s approval.<\/span><\/li>
      • Reviewers must avoid using any data or\u00a0information from the manuscripts for personal advantage.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Standards of Objectivity<\/b><\/p>

        • Reviews should be conducted objectively,\u00a0without personal criticism of the author.<\/span><\/li>
        • Comments should be clearly expressed and\u00a0supported by data or arguments.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          5. Competing Interests<\/b><\/p>

          • Reviewers must disclose any potential\u00a0conflicts of interest.<\/span><\/li>
          • If a conflict of interest arises while reviewing a manuscript, the reviewer should notify the editor.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            6. Publication Misconduct<\/b><\/p>

            • Reviewers should inform the editor if\u00a0they suspect research or publication misconduct.<\/span><\/li>
            • The committee, consisting of the\u00a0Director-BRU, Editor-in-Chief, and Secretary of BRU, is responsible for\u00a0<\/span>investigating such claims.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
