Submission Guidelines
Please make sure that your submitted paper is prepared using the Full Paper Template given on the website.
All submissions should be done through the Microsoft Conference Management Tool (CMT).
The primary author should have a Microsoft CMT account before creating a new submission to ICBR 2025 Microsoft CMT. The instructions on author submission through the Microsoft CMT can be found in HOW-TO: Author Submission.
To facilitate the blind review process, the authors are expected to upload the full paper without disclosing the authors’ names and affiliations in the initial submission to the CMT (see Full Paper Template). However, details of ALL authors should be included separately in the Authors section of the CMT submission page.
Papers submitted with author details will not be considered for reviewing and authors will be requested to resubmit according to the given instructions.
The paper should be submitted as a Microsoft Word document.
The official language of the conference is English, and all submissions should be in English.
During the submission to the CMT, the authors can select the Subject Area of their research work. Please note that the Conference Editorial Board reserves the right to change the subject area of the abstract selected by the authors to a more relevant area, if necessary.
All submitted papers will undergo a plagiarism check using Turnitin.
Full Paper Submission will be closed on July 29, 2025 (23:59 GMT).
Authors must also complete the Authorship and Conflict of Interest Statement—declaring their individual contributions (see the Policy Statements page for more details)—and submit it during the initial submission of the article via the CMT submission page.
You will be notified electronically about the status of your paper – whether it is accepted or rejected by September 12, 2025.
If your paper is accepted, you will be asked to submit a Camera-Ready Copy and a Copyright Form on or before October 27, 2025(23:59 GMT) after addressing the reviewers’ comments.
All the papers accepted will be published in the ICBR 2025 Conference Proceeding with an ISSN number and it will be available in the Digital Library of University of Moratuwa. Additionally, each paper will have a separate URL for easy reference and access.
Research work submitted to the conference should not have been presented or published previously in their current or similar form or be under consideration for publication with another outlet. Authors submitting their research work for the conference warrant that their papers do not infringe any existing copyright and will indemnify the BRU of University of Moratuwa against any breach of such warranty.
